We ship to all countries and territories worldwide.

2 – Shipping time
the standard order processing time is 1-2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is 3-5 days. please keep in mind that during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks, the shipping and delivery time may vary.

3 – Shipping rate
Shipping rate is same regardless you ship 1 or 5 items inside the package. Free shipping is also availble for bundle orders.

4 – Changing shipping address
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once shipped. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

5 – Shipping tracking
You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.

Gorchic Bags is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by Customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has been shipped.

Additionally, packages undeliverable by Fedex, UPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
